About the ARTS Awards
The ARTS Awards is the premier awards program in the home and design industry, hosted and produced by ART and the Dallas Market Center. It celebrates innovation, creativity, and outstanding achievement. Recognized as the highest honor in the field, the ARTS Awards spotlight top manufacturers, retailers, designers, and sales representatives from across North America who pave the way, drive innovation, and shape the future of home décor.
Open to everyone in the industry, with no entry fees, membership requirements, or exhibiting obligations, the ARTS Awards begin with nominations for retailers, manufacturers, designers, and sales representatives, giving the industry the opportunity to recognize its brightest talent and most impactful businesses. Finalists are selected by a committee of industry leaders and announced in August. In October, finalists submit their entries for review by a distinguished panel of judges who evaluate each submission and select the winners. The excitement culminates each January at the ARTS Awards Gala during the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, where the industry's most outstanding achievements are celebrated and the winners are revealed live on stage.

The ARTS Awards Hall of Fame...
was created to honor companies who have won the ARTS Awards five or more times in a category.
Hall of Fame members are exempt to compete in the category for which they have been honored for three years following their induction. However, manufacturers with multiple lines or retailers that are multi-regional will be eligible to compete in other award categories.

ARTS Specialty Awards
HEARTS Award
HEARTS was created by the Dallas Market Center and ART, the creative home furnishings network, to replace the 2020 ARTS Awards program due to the obstacles of the pandemic. The awards production was in partnership with thirteen leading industry organizations to honor thirteen individuals or companies that have shown outstanding leadership, empathy and service in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. These honorees have gone above and beyond to offer service to their industry and/or community. The HEARTS Awards Gala was held during the June 2021 Total Home & Gift Market in Dallas.
Beginning in 2022, the 32nd ARTS Awards, HEARTS became a permanent award on the ARTS Awards roster. The thirteen original industry organizations submit nominations to the ARTS Awards committee for consideration and this committee will name the annual HEARTS honoree.
Green Award
Presented at the ARTS Awards by ART, Dallas Market Center, and the Sustainable Furnishings Council, the Green Award recognizes a manufacturer leading the way in sustainable practices. Open to all competing manufacturers, this honor celebrates a commitment to responsible materials, transparent processes, and forward-thinking innovation that supports a more sustainable future for the home industry.
Selected through a dedicated review by a sustainability-focused judge, the Green Award highlights companies that are not only doing the work but helping move the industry forward.
Academy of Achievement
The Academy of Achievement is the highest honor presented by the ARTS Awards, recognizing individuals whose vision, leadership, innovation, and lasting contributions have profoundly shaped the home furnishings industry. Selected by the ARTS Awards Committee, this distinguished honor celebrates a lifetime of achievement and acknowledges those whose influence, integrity, and commitment have left an enduring mark on the industry and the people within it.
Legendary Leadership
This award is not given out every year, but when someone in the industry deserves the recognition. The Legendary Leadership Award honors an individual whose vision, integrity, and dedication have made a lasting impact on the home furnishings industry. Presented to a respected leader who has earned the admiration of peers and inspired others through service, mentorship, and innovation, this award recognizes those whose leadership has strengthened businesses, elevated the industry, and created opportunities for future generations to thrive.
